MEMBERSHIP

Who can join?   Any teacher of any instrument.
 

As members of Federation,  we all try to participate in our Festivals.  
According to the rules, we have to choose one piece from the National list,
which are all pieces by current American composers. By participating in Festival, we are supporting these composers, and keeping American music
composition alive and well!
